These are the terms under which Boomin’ Essentials (operated by Boominessentials Limited, Companies House SC833792) provides goods and services through our website and channels. By using our site or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, registering for an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or place an order.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Your account

When you register for an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.

4. Orders and acceptance

All orders you place are subject to acceptance by us. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

• The item is no longer available or has been mispriced
• We are unable to verify your payment or shipping details
• We suspect the order is fraudulent or in breach of these terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full within 5 working days.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and do not include VAT as we are not currently VAT-registered. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We use industry-standard payment processors (including Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna where applicable). All payment data is encrypted in transit and we never store full card details on our servers.

If a pricing error is identified after order placement, we will contact you with the correct price. You may then choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and timescales are set out in our Delivery & Returns page. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including courier strikes, severe weather, or postal-network failures).

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you when full payment has cleared.

7. Returns and refunds

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the returns terms set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Boominessentials Limited or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party brand trademarks

Product names, brand logos, and trademarks displayed on this site belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated. We stock these products as an authorised UK retailer.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (c) any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English or Scots law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the products in question.

11. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
